A campaign takes the candidates in a list and writes to them for you: a connection request with a note, a message once they accept, and whatever follow-ups you defined. It all goes out from your LinkedIn account, so the candidate sees your profile, not a tool's.
What you need before launching
- Your LinkedIn account connected. Without it the campaign can't send anything. see how to connect it.
- A list you've already screened. Launching a campaign on an unfiltered list is the fastest way to burn your profile writing to people who don't fit.
How a campaign is built
The steps of a typical sequence:
- Connection request with a note: first contact. LinkedIn limits the note's length, so it gets to the point.
- Message: sent once the candidate accepts the request.
- Follow-ups: one or two reminders spaced out over time, which cancel themselves if the candidate replies.
Messages are personalised with each candidate's data, so you're not copy-pasting templates and swapping names by hand.
